GLOBAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP WEEK 

OVERVIEW

Global Entrepreneurship Week (“GEW” or “the Week”) is a large-scale campaign that is the world’s largest celebration of the innovators and job creators, who launch startups that bring ideas to life, drive economic growth and expand human welfare. It occurs each November in more than 160 countries through roughly 25,000 events and 9 million participants –celebrating entrepreneurs, supporting entrepreneurial activity and fostering a greater understanding of the importance of entrepreneurship to innovation and economic growth.

GEW, Inc. is a support organization of the Public Forum Institute, a 501c3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in the United States doing business as Global Entrepreneurship Network (“GEN” or “GEN, Inc.”). GEW, Inc. is responsible for conducting the annual global campaign and catalyzing national campaigns in each participating country through a collection of host organizations (the “Host”) – chosen by GEW Inc.– who maintain responsibility for their individual national GEW campaigns while following the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding (“MoU”).
